MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1-Draw to verify metal sheet use and to check fiber orientation
2-metal sheet cutting in pantograph 
3-Machining
4-Assembly of the structure (weld dotted) and dimensional control(if needed)
5-Welding of the structure (if needed)
6-Control by UT of welds
7-Control by welding penetrate liquids 
8-Stress release of the structure
9-Painting or oil protecting TECTYL 506 or similar
10-Packing with boxes.
